Once you are inside the program you will find five weeks of short, easy to follow modules delivered one week at a time. Each week builds on the last so nothing ever feels like too much at once.

Week 2 focuses on nutrition and how to eat in a way that supports steady energy and fewer cravings. Your sample meal plan is included here.

Week 3 covers movement and how simple daily habits can make a meaningful difference for your metabolic health.

Week 4 brings it all together with lifestyle tools including sleep, stress management, and additional supports.

Week 5 is dedicated to GLP-1 medications, including how nutrition and supplementation work alongside your care.
